At Headboards World, we want you to love your bedroom transformation; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your headboard within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your headboard in its original box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized furniture courier to collect the item from your doorstep at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
